Shipping your treadmill from our factory directly to you. Our Customer Service Agents are right in the factory - steps from the manufacturing floor. They know actual availability and lead times, and they don't add a markup to your price.	Companies that act as "brokers", or retailers with "Factory Direct" in their name. They take your order, and your money, but they never see your treadmill. They have it shipped from the factory to you, after they get a markup.
Servicing our own products. When you call us, you talk to the people who made your treadmill. We know them better than anyone.	Resellers with no service department. If you call them for service, they will give you the phone number for the factory, and tell you to call them.
